We worked by loading on the legs with aim of fostering the explosive force proposing an important job for the lower limbs before leaps mainly using the bench and then repeated ascents.

- 5′ n ° 3 extensions in progression over the entire field and gaits to end the heating phase
- 30′ explosive force 1 series, 8 reps: n° 6 multi jumps feet together on bench + n ° 8 thrusts for single leg + down bench feet together + Snap mt 10 + skip mt5 + Snap mt 10 (5+5 round trip)
- 10′ work of transformation of explosive force of kicking the goal from a distance of mt 10
- 5′ drain and muscle stretching
