In total, 20 the training sessions dedicated to the preparation preseason, and with the 4th week the mainly trained conditional ability will be speed.
The exercises to train speed can be the same as those used to train aerobic power but it is essential to apply recovery times “full” between repetitions and series to finalize the load as speed increases.
Thanks to the presence of the necessary recovery times, to better fill these spaces created between one repetition and the next, individual technical exercises can be introduced to improve the quality of passing and controlling the ball.
Or introduce simple exercises aimed at acquiring the specific tactical concepts of our game system that we will have decided to adopt both for the possession phase and for the non-possession phase.
