Preparation program complete with 4 weeks used for the Under category 17 (Sub 17).
The program is based on “principles” General.
For this reason, both physical and technical analytical exercises are lacking as individual coaches will decide, detailing and apply the exercises you prefer.
The most important thing in my opinion is respect for the progression in training the various conditional capacities:
- week 1: aerobic capacity
- week 2: aerobic power
- week 3: power
- week 4: speed
With the transition from the first to the fourth seventh, a high load is also recommended at the beginning and then leave room for a higher intensity in the third and fourth week.
From the technical point of view, however, the progression will be the following:
- week 1: ball control
- week 2: Control of gaming space
- week 3: control of collaborative actions
- week 4: control of contrasting actions
