A simple exercise to be used also for activation in the warm-up phase with conclusion and shot on goal.
You start with receiving the ball directly from the goalkeeper and after an oriented control you choose, to taste, one of the two “banks” waiting outside the field to pass and make a one-two and then go to the goal.
The exercise continues by rotating: the kicking player replaces the side, and the latter goes to receive the ball from the goalkeeper to start over on the other side of the pitch.
