One of the exercises that most use to train throughout the game field in one of the many variations available. The exercise is to me frequently used as a key step for the training of young players of futsal in youth categories Students and Juniors.

And’ a valuable exercise which can also be exploited in the heating phase as the proposed acquisition exercise movements, but also, to train the basic technique (control oriented, passing and shooting).
