Gives “viewer” a “defender hyperactive”, I present a scheme for cataloging of different types of defenders built through the analysis of their behavior in the field in relation to game situations and opponents. It inspired by a lecture given by Jesus candle to clinic Orense in November 2007.
As well as making the translation using this scheme to classify the athletes who train and evaluate the most of the deficiencies they have and especially how the mower will continue my work to be able to improve their defensive qualities in relation to different game situations.
Following this scheme I have failed to recognize signs and behaviors which in the past had not given importance, and above all I changed my idea of training basing defense primarily on individual defense which I believe is essential before you can move on to build a team defense or collective.
The transition from the defender viewer to hyperactive defender is long and does not happen by accident, It must be built a specific growth path through analytical exercises to a growth path that can last years.
