Welcome, questo sito contiene la mia esperienza di allenatore svolta da quasi 30 years in regional categories of the Italian Futsal.

No content has ambition to represent “rule or truth”. Concepts expressed, and content shown, they are the result of my experience, and reflect my vision of futsal. I hope that at the same time can still be an inspiration and a stimulus for all those who visit the site.

The site presents and share my experience as a coach in the regional categories, and a Futsal school instructor in the youth sectors, and it contains tactical ideas and notes on the work done on the ground every day.

From 1995 I begin to take my first steps in the discipline of Futsal in the Abruzzo region, to specialize as an instructor of the Youth Sector and in the training of young Futsal players.

At the same time as my university studies and the attainment of a degree in Economics, I cultivate a passion for football a 5 since the early 90. These are the years in which I have the good fortune to know and attend the late Fabio Polidoro, one of the leading names in football 5 Abruzzo, and learn the fundamentals of the Futsal discipline at the time still called five-a-side football.

The first experiences on the bench are in the categories Amateur and in the lower categories of provincial and regional series, until the year 2006 When I take the first significant assignment to Serie C1 on the then newly promoted Cepagatti bench in three years goes to the Play Off zone championship. Beyond the points obtained in those years, I remember the dedication to work, the desire for change to be made to the football discipline 5 with some innovations that will mark time in the work of the future years. In 2006 I obtained a permit to basic trainer and follow different courses and clinics run by top level coaches throughout Italy.

In 2009 step at the youth sector leadership of Loreto football 5, I hold the role of assistant to his friend and colleague Piero Marrone, then head coach in Serie B, and I drive the Juniores and Under categories 21 of Loreto to the regional stages of the playoffs.

Contact with the world of youth groups leaves its mark and after a new cycle as coach of Cepagatti, in 2012 comes the opportunity to work as an instructor of the Youth Sector in the very young categories, Students and Junior ES Football 5. Until the 2020 I will be committed to raising three generations of young players alongside other ES Chieti instructors and I will often alternate in a staff job also collaborating with the coaches of the other categories including the first team of the regional C1 series that I drive as the first coach in the season 2020/2021 interrupted by the Pandemic.

Starting from the season 2021/2022 comes the opportunity to work for Tombesi Ortona Calcio a 5 militant in the Serie A2 National Championship for which I will be coach of the Youth Sector of the Under team 17. During my stay I will often have the opportunity to collaborate with the technical staff of the First Team as well as alternating and comparing myself with the coaches of the U15 and U19 National categories.

In season 2023/2024 the growth process of the boys entrusted to me comes to fruition with several players called up to the First Team and with the conquest of the U17 Category Abruzzo Champions Title and the final of the U15 Category Abruzzo Cup.

A Luglio 2024 frequento il corso di Allenatore di primo Livello presso il Centro Tecnico Federale di Coverciano a termine del quale, the 9 September 2024 conseguo la licenza A di allenatore di calcio a 5 per allenare tutte le categorie del Futsal.
