I propose one of our favorite exercises and a recurring 2 VS 2 fun and workout within a rectangle of play we call closed “cage”. The ball is always in the game and consequently our players are forced to be always active plus worrying and also exploiting the sides of the rectangle.
A bit of history: the exercise comes mainly from the need to be able to make up for the absences that often occur in youth categories during workouts reduced. With this cool solution is found besides its workout technical / tactical also a high involvement of players and high level of competition.
